I make every part of each cake from scratch, using fresh produce and keeping the health benefits of every single ingredient in mind.

I make your cakes, using seasonal and organic produce that are thoughtfully sourced. I use real butter, free range eggs, Shipton Mill organic flour, homemade jams and Callebaut chocolate. I decorate my cakes with flowers, fruits, macarons, gold leaf and and photograph each cake.
